This is a fabulous recipe. We have made it several times and our guests rave about it. Left overs are good but not nearly as good as this dish freshly cooked. The dish displays the unique flavor of Black Garlic very well.

This was very good and quick, even though I added some zucchini and bell pepper.

I first saw BLACK GARLIC on the IRON CHEF on Nov.4th. 2010 and was wondering where I could purches some ? I live in Kamloops B.C.Canada.It sounds like it would bee great as I do most of the cooking because I am retired and my wife still works .We use lots of garlic.
