I put Garlic in just about everything I make so would love to try Black Garlic also. How much does it cost and where can I get it?

You can get it from local whole foods market or from one of our online retail partner.

This recipe sounds great and I have the black garlic, but what’s a flake bar of chocolate?

It’s a regular chocolate bar :) I’ve asked our UK chef to take pictures for it. I will try to find something similar for U.S.

Well, is a regular chocolate bar (US) OK to use?

A Flake bar is a specific kind of Cadbury’s chocolate bar. It is not solid but very crumbly with flakes breaking off in long thin chunks. You can get it in the international section of some supermarkets.

Cost Plus shops carry Flakes. U.S. chocolate is good – UK chocolate has a higher milk fat content.
