We just made our monthly Foodzie box that had your Black Garlic! On our pizza, we mixed the curiious cloves with olive oil and spread it right on the dough for the base- outcome- 7 out of 7 big thumbs up!
It gave our pizza a wonderful earthy sweet and unique flavor- black garlic made our basic pepperoni pizza an extraordinary pizza-oh….also a great oil additive for bread dipping!
