		<description>I first saw BLACK GARLIC on the IRON CHEF on Nov.4th. 2010 and was wondering where I could purches some ? I live in Kamloops B.C.Canada.It sounds like it would bee great as I do most of the cooking because I am retired and my wife still works .We use lots of garlic.
